A labor dispute between a Tulsa factory and a group of Indian workers took yet another turn Friday.

Lawyers for the John Pickle Company returned the men’s passports, leaving their attorneys questioning why it’s taken this long to get the documents back. Ken Felty, Attorney “We’re happy, but we don't understand why we had to go to federal courthouse to get them.” David Sobel, John Pickle Co Attorney, "We are not violating anyone's rights."

The John Pickle Company also turned over some of the men’s visas. But not all of them, 14 are still unaccounted for. A federal judge has ordered Pickle to return all the visas.
