A woman who claimed she was kidnapped has now been charged with helping her alleged kidnapper.

Authorities in Delaware County have charged Martha Scott with harboring a fugitive, her ex-boyfriend, Rodney Talbert. The pair was arrested Tuesday.

Talbert was wanted in Tulsa in connection with the shooting death of Bill Webb. He will make a court appearance in Tulsa County District Court on Monday.

Scott has also been charged with grand larceny. She goes back to court on Monday.
