A van full of Oklahoma cheerleaders got quite a jolt on their way to a national competition Friday morning.

It happened around 8:30 AM near Seneca on I-44 between Joplin and Springfield, Missouri. The Fairland Junior High squad and a few parents were caravanning to St Louis for the competition when one of the vans collided with a semi.

The van driver and one of the girls were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
