TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ Richie Myers had 25 points and Reggie Borges added a career-high 22 as Oral Roberts beat Indiana-Purdue-Indianapolis 85-76 Thursday night in a Mid-Continent Conference game.

Myers had seven rebounds and Borges had 12 _ also a career high _ for the Golden Eagles (8-9, 2-0 MCC). ORU needed free throws in the final two minutes to hold off the Jaguars (8-6, 2-1).

Oral Roberts had its biggest lead at 61-45 with 14 minutes left, but went scoreless over a six-minute stretch as IUPUI cut the lead to just two with 4:29 to play.

Ralph Charles made five free throws and Luke Spencer-Gardner made four in the final 1:34 to secure the win. Charles and Spencer-Gardner each finished with nine points.

Spencer-Gardner had a career-high nine assists.

Five IUPUI players scored in double figures, led by Antoine Lewis' 16. Charles Price added 13 points and seven rebounds for the Jaguars.

ORU led 39-35 at halftime.
