A Tulsa murder suspect's first court appearance was postponed Monday.

Officers captured JB Cole in Terlton over the weekend. They suspect he came back to Oklahoma to get revenge on some of his relatives who cooperated with police. Cole and his 15-year-old stepson are charged with murdering 71-year-old Donald Green.

Affidavits show Green was killed for the use of his car, his body was found in a Kentucky river. Cole's arraignment is now scheduled for January 11th.
