A Tulsa woman is home safe with her family, after being abducted by her ex-boyfriend.

Martha Scott's family tells us she is safe in an undisclosed location, with police close by. The search continues for Rod Talbert, the man police say is a killer. Authorities have spent several days searching areas in Adair and Cherokee Counties.

They're looking for 43-year-old Talbert, Scott's ex-boyfriend. We told you Wednesday that she managed to escape from Talbert and call for help at a Stilwell convenience store.

She walked out of the Adair County courthouse Wednesday night after nine hours of questioning by investigators. Scott had been missing since Monday. News on Six reporter Jenni Monet, "are you happy to be going home with your sister?" Martha Scott, "yes." Monet, "and away from everything else?" Scott, "yes, maam." Scott was staying at 51 year old Bill Webb's house when someone broke in and killed Webb and kidnapped her.

Police want to question Rod Talbert. He's described as a white male, about 6'3" weighing about 180 pounds. Tulsa Police say he may have recently shaved his moustache and cut his hair.
