Jenks High School football coach Allan Trimble has won a national coach of the year award.

Trimble is the Russell Athletic National High School coach of the year after leading Jenks to a 13 and 0 season and winning the state high school football championship.

Trimble will receive the award during a banquet in San Antonio Friday night.
