A Friday morning standoff in Tulsa ended with two people in custody.
At around 6 AM Friday, Tulsa Police went to a home near 36th and South Lewis. They were attempting to serve a search warrant for stolen weapons. Someone fired shots from the house as officers approached, which started an hour-long standoff.
The suspects came out after officers fired what they call "flash-bangs." The two men arrested were Ryan Porter and Jamal Khawaja.
