A man who drove his dump truck into the path of a train is clinging to life. 36-year-old Jason Harrell was critically injured in the accident near Oologah last Friday.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say Harrell may have been blinded by the rising sun as he drove toward the railroad crossing.

The accident tore his truck apart and threw him nearly 150-feet.
