BENGAL, Okla. (AP) _ Four people, including three small children, were killed and another was injured in a house fire in eastern Latimer County early Saturday morning.

State Fire Marshal Robert Doke said the blaze broke out just after 5 a.m. in a home in Bengal, near Talihina.

Those killed were a 28-year-old woman, a 7-year-old girl, a 5-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl. A 28-year-old man was injured.

Their names were not released Saturday.

A preliminary investigation shows a wood stove in the home may have started the fire, Doke said.
