Cold-hearted thieves are taking advantage of the cold weather. Tulsa Police say they've had reports of several stolen cars from people who left them running in effort to warm up their vehicles.
Police suggest if you warm up your car, to have another key to lock it. Police also ask that people not leave children in cars because they too could get stolen.
