A Choctaw woman has made an amazing discovery with real bite. While she was sifting through a mound of dirt on her land, she came across an unusual tooth.

And she could tell by looking at it, it wasn't just 'any' tooth. Libby Weale, "It just looked like a bone to me but as I was cleaning it, it just dawned on me that it was actually a tooth." She took the tooth to the Noble Museum in Norman, where they concluded the tooth was from a prehistoric mastodon, a relative of modern day elephants.

The tooth could be between 4,000 and 10,000 years old.
