The victim has been identified in a train-pedistrian fatality early Friday morning in Tulsa. Tulsa Police say the victim is 36-years old Andrew Julio Moran of Tulsa.

The accident happened around 12:30 Friday morning near the 2800 block of East Dawson Road.

Tulsa Police say Moran was walking eastbound on the tracks. Despite efforts by the Burlington Northern conductor to get his attention, the man didn't get out of the way.

Moran was pronounced dead at the scene.
