The man arrested in connection with grade tampering at Tulsa Community College will not be getting out of jail anytime soon. That's according to Tulsa Police and US immigration officials.

Tarig Al-Taweel will remain in the Tulsa County jail on an immigration hold until his case is resolved. Police say immigration officials are requiring the hold because of Al-Taweel's past felony record.

The Palestinian is charged with concealing stolen property, but he's being investigated on charges ranging from bribing employees to change grades, to forging passports.
