Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating is back in the Sooner state after spending the last few days in New York City.

Keating spent some time touring the Trade Center bombsite. During his trip, he joined forces with New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani to stress the importance of local response in times of emergency.

Keating and Giuliani both want Congress to pass laws urging the FBI to share terrorist information with local authorities.
