Plans for a new roller coaster at Tulsaâ€™s Bell's Amusement park are on hold.

The Tulsa County Board of Adjustment approved the plans for the new ride earlier this month. But several of the parkâ€™s neighbors are appealing that decision in Tulsa County District Court.

That automatically halts any construction until a ruling is made at trial.
