Quitting smoking could soon be as easy as taking a lozenge.

A clinical trial shows the product--called Niquitin works better than any other form of nicotine replacement therapy, LIKE gum or "patches".

The study was conducted by a British doctor, who says the lozenge can triple the odds of success for people trying to kick the habit.

Niquitin is expected to cost about 25 dollars for a week's supply and could be available as early as next year.
