(Norman-AP) -- Three-time Oklahoma All-American Wayman Tisdale will serve as an analyst on the Sooner Sports Television Network this season.
Tisdale says he's looking forward to being involved with OU basketball again and calls the Sooners one of the most promising programs in the country.
Tisdale averaged more than 25-and-a-half points and ten rebounds per game during three season at OU. He left following his junior year and played 12 years in the NBA.
Tisdale is now finishing the requirements for a bachelor's degree in radio and TV broadcasting at OU. The Sooner Sports Television Network will broadcast seven Oklahoma games during the coming season.
