Tulsa Police made a grisly discovery this weekend as they investigated a report of murder. A tip led police to an impounded pickup truck at Storey Wrecker.

When they searched the back of the pickup, they found a severed head. The victim is identified as 20-year-old Tony Brooks. The suspect in the case is 22-year-old Billy Baldwin, who is in police custody. Meanwhile, the search continues for victim's body. Tulsa Police officer Andy Phillips, "He's not cooperating. At some point we will find it, but it may take a little longer."

Police believe the murder happened on October 11th at an eastside apartment complex. They were alerted to it by an unidentified woman and found the scene this past Friday night.
