It's October, and that can only mean one thing, Oktoberfest is right around the corner! Set up for the festival began Wednesday on the west bank of the Arkansas River.

This is the 23rd year for the festival here in Tulsa. KOTV is a proud sponsor. More than 100,000 square feet of tents cover the 16-acre festival site.

Oktoberfest kicks off next Thursday. It runs all weekend long. Best of all, the festival is free.
