BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (AP) _ A man who had been missing for two days was found dead early Thursday in his wrecked car.
Lawrence G. Sims was found in a creek, Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Scott Miller said.
Sims' car apparently left the street, struck a barbed wire fence and vaulted over the creek before striking an embankment, the trooper said.
The 53-year-old man was not wearing a seat belt.
Sims had been reported missing Tuesday by his wife.
The pair had argued before Sims stormed out of the house, a Broken Arrow police report says.
Troopers are waiting for a report from the medical examiner before deciding on the cause of the crash, Miller said.
