The State of Oklahoma is preparing to execute a death row inmate. Jack Walker is scheduled to die tonight at the state penitentiary in McAlester. Walker was convicted of killing the 17 year old mother of his child and her uncle in 1988 in Bixby.

He says if he had received psychological treatment at the time he asked for it, he might not have killed them. Walker says he asked for treatment at a Tulsa facility before committing his crime. He was turned away because he didn't have insurance.
