TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ A fire atop a high-rise medical office building under construction was deemed accidental, authorities said Friday.

The top of the 12-story physicians' office building at St. John Medical Center caught fire Wednesday night.

``Arson has been ruled out as a cause of fire. This was an accidental fire,'' Fire Capt. Hubert Rouse said.

Officials planned a Monday news conference to answer questions about the investigation conducted by the Tulsa Fire Department and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

Wooden forms used for concrete work fueled the blaze.

Flames jumped 30 to 40 feet in the air and embers sprayed to the streets below.

No one was injured and no one had to be evacuated from the nearby hospital.

A parking garage and a maintenance building separated the fire from the hospital's patient area.
