Local firefighters are keeping a watchful eye on a burned out salvage yard. Several fires burned through the yard Monday in Osage County just north of Tulsa.

The flames scorched dozens of acres and destroyed a number of cars in the junkyard. Black smoke could be seen for miles, but no one was injured. You can still see signs of smoldering inside and around those cars.

Firefighters say those hot spots could flare up again if the wind picks up.
