A spectacular fire, Friday afternoon, that was intentionally set. Firefighters started a blaze as a training exercise for 26-cadets. The idea was to let the trainees apply their basic firefighting skills in a controlled situation, before they face the flames on the job.
The Tulsa Fire department works with neighborhoods that have dilapidated houses that need to be destroyed. The cadets also practiced interior burns before torching the house for good.
