LONDON (AP) _ Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf will get married, the American tennis star was quoted as saying Friday.

``The actual question has been dealt with. I have asked her to marry me and we are committed to our future together,'' Agassi said in an interview published in The Daily Telegraph.

``We will definitely get married. Oh yeah. Definitely. One hundred percent. It feels like we are married now, it kind of feels that way.''

He gave no date for the wedding.

Graf and Agassi confirmed in July they are expecting a baby _ the first for both _ in mid-December.

``I would say that becoming parents definitely puts a time frame on getting married,'' Agassi said.

``In fact, in my mind, it wouldn't be right not to get married.''

Agassi, who was previously married to Brooke Shields, said he was excited about becoming a father.

``In the same way that girls dream of their wedding day, I was a boy who dreamed of having children,'' he said. ``I always saw it as part of my future, but I was careful about when because I cannot do anything halfheartedly.

``I am 100 percent ready. I am excited. I was always sure about starting a family and meeting Steff kind of solidified it. We dream about our future together a lot. We don't quite understand how it is going to play out, but that is part of the fun.''
