TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ A federal grand jury says a man involved in a drug conspiracy shot two Tulsa men to death last year and burned their bodies.

An indictment recently unsealed also says two others involved in the drug conspiracy tortured an Arizona woman to find missing money. The document says one of the alleged torturers tried to launder drug money by gambling in casinos.

Marlin James ``Mack-10'' Mack allegedly killed Dana Lamar James, 27, and Marvin DeShawn Teague, 24, by shooting them in the head and setting their bodies on fire, the indictment states.

The grand jury believes Mack thought James and Teague had stolen his drugs.

Their bodies were found charred beyond recognition Feb. 17, 2000, in a car parked on an isolated dead-end street in Tulsa.

The murder allegation is listed in the indictment as one of a series of overt acts in a cocaine and marijuana conspiracy. It is not a formal charge at this time.

Mack remains at large and was last seen in the Phoenix, Ariz., area, as were co-defendants Darrell Dwight Bellamy and Kenneth Wayne Stiger, authorities said.

Bellamy and Stiger are not implicated in the Tulsa murders. But the grand jury believes they took part in the torture of an Arizona woman after $291,000 in drug proceeds was missing last October.

The woman's feet were boiled in oil and she was tortured with an iron.

Mack, Bellamy and Stiger are among 16 people charged with participating in a conspiracy that dates back to December 1993.

The indictment seeks the forfeiture of $2.5 million in alleged drug proceeds from four of the defendants.
