An injured ironworker didn't have to go far Tuesday afternoon when a piece of metal scaffolding blew off the building he was working on and hit him.
Officials say the scaffolding fell off the 9th floor of Saint John Medical Center and hit a Bennett Steel employee. He was treated for minor injuries.
No structural damage or other injuries have been reported, although a few cars nearby sustained minor dents and scratches when the metal scaffolding flew.
