Back to school shopping includes desk supplies, like paper, glue and scissors. But not all families have the money to buy new school supplies for their kids.

That's why KOTV is teaming up with several other businesses to make sure kids in need get the supplies they need. We call it Project Spirit Supplies, and here's how you can help. When you're out shopping, add an extra supply or two to your cart, then, drop off your extra supplies to any of the local donation sites.

You can bring supplies to KOTVâ€™s downtown studio. We're located at 302 South Frankfort. Or, run them to any Drug Warehouse location. Halsey's Furniture on 51st and Sheridan is also taking donations.
