ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) _ The Texas Rangers on Thursday assigned right-hander Mike Judd to Triple-A Oklahoma.

Judd was claimed on waivers from Tampa Bay on May 29. He was 0-1 with a 8.00 ERA in four games with the Rangers.

Overall, Judd was 1-1 with a 5.28 ERA in 12 games with Tampa Bay and Texas this season.

Right-hander Francisco Cordero will be activated from the 15-day disabled list on Friday and will take Judd's roster spot. Cordero will join the team on Friday for the Rangers' game in Oakland.
