New "teller vision" technology could make your next stop at the bank a little more friendly.

Tulsa's Oklahoma National Bank at 21st and Lewis is the first bank in our area to install the equipment. Small monitors with built-in cameras allow the customer and the teller to see and speak to each other.

Senior Vice President Valarie Land says the bank hopes it will make drive-through customers feel more comfortable. "The greatest benefit that we hope we can provide by this is truly providing that personal service for our customers, allowing them to have a close-up picture of who is working on their transaction if they have a question they can feel like that person is almost right there in front of them.”

Land says the new screens can also show things like stock prices, or even cartoons for kids.
