An Oklahoma man accused of going on a three state killing spree has pleaded guilty to the murder of a Bixby woman.

Steven Thacker of Chouteau was charged with first-degree murder in the death of Laci Hill in December of 1999. Monday morning he pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, kidnapping and rape.

A sentencing hearing for Thacker has been scheduled for December 17th. Thacker has already been convicted and sentenced to death for killing a Tennessee tow truck driver.

He is also accused of killing a Missouri man.
