Progress is being made on the new federal building under construction in downtown Oklahoma City.

The building will house 10 federal agencies when it opens next fall. It will also be one of the most advanced and safest federal complexes in the nation.

The building replaces the Murrah Federal building which a truck bomb destroyed in 1995.

Some survivors don't want to move into the new building. They say they'll have to look at the Memorial across the street every day.
