Airports across the country, including Tulsa, are getting ready for the busiest week of the year.

And there are some things you can do to make travel quick and easy for everyone. First of all, arrive early. The number of travelers will make getting through security a longer process.

Officials at Tulsa International Airport recommend arriving an hour-and-a-half early for domestic flights. Two hours for international flights.

Mary Smith with the Tulsa Airport Authority: "In the last year, a lot of things has changed, security has changed dramatically over the latest year so passengers coming for this Thanksgiving holiday need to take that into consideration and plan extra time at the airport during this week."
