A former Tulsa nursing home manager has been arrested. She's accused of buying wedding rings with money she stole from residents' trust accounts.

Cheryl McGuire is charged with nine counts of caretaker exploitation. Authorities say she took more than $5,100 from trust accounts belonging to eight residents of Tulsa Nursing Center.

McGuire is the mother of Rachel Clayton. She was a young girl who drowned in a bathtub in Jenks in 1998.
