There's more legal wrangling, in the Tulsa Police Department discrimination lawsuit.

An attorney for a group of black officers wants a federal appeals court to deny a request to delay the lawsuit. Attorney Louis Bullock filed a 12-page request with the appeals court in Denver.

Bullock says a stay wanted by the Fraternal Order of Police contradicts a promise it made not to postpone the case.

Black officers don't want any more delays in the case, which has gone on since 1994.
