A Tulsa school band director still doesn't know what the future holds for him. That despite six hours of testimony, at his dismissal hearing.

The Tulsa School Board is trying to decide the fate of Booker-T Washington band director Elmer Davis Junior. The District's attorneys say Davis made inappropriate sexual comments to students, inappropriately touched students and should be fired.

Several students who have made allegations against Davis testified during the termination hearing. Voice of BTW student "It just puts you in an awkward situation when somebody that you look at as a father says inappropriate things to you."

Davis' attorney tried to get the hearing pushed back, saying he had not had enough time to investigate on his own. But his request was denied.

The hearing for Davis will continue next Tuesday night.
