An investigation is underway into an attempted robbery, that led to a fatal shooting.

Tulsa Police say the owner of a home near 15th and Memorial was robbed by two people Thursday night. He took out a gun, but got into a struggle with one robber.

The gun went off, striking the suspect in the chest. 21-year-old Aaron Stumpe of Bartlesville died at the hospital. The other suspect is Michelle Wilson of Inola, she's in custody.

The homeowner, David Brierley was taken in for questioning, but later released.
