Tulsa Fire crews responded to a house fire at 35th and Joplin just before five o'clock Wednesday morning.

The house is a rental property thatâ€™s vacant right now. Fire investigators say they think the blaze originated in the kitchen. Damage is estimated at $100,000.

The cause is still under investigation
