Seven 15 and 16 year-old boys accused of making explosives found outside the Broken Arrow’s Westwood Elementary school may be charged with manufacturing explosives.

Broken Arrow Police shut down the school after two plastic bottles, each with a fuse and filled with gunpowder, were found Monday. Police say the teens had no "malicious intent".

Police say this is a case of kids making fireworks and getting carried away. All seven boys were released to their parents.
