(Sallisaw-AP) -- A Sallisaw teenager was charged Wednesday with two counts of first-degree murder and 16 other felonies for last weekend's shooting spree in eastern Oklahoma.
Daniel Fears gave no plea. The Sequoyah County judge entered an innocent plea for him.
The shootings near Sallisaw left two people dead and 10 wounded.
It allegedly began after someone criticized the 18-year-old for reckless driving.
Prosecutors say they will likely seek the death penalty.
Victims' relatives and Fears' family packed the courtroom for his arraignment. The Sallisaw High School senior remains jailed without bail. He's under a suicide watch.
He appeared in court in an orange jumpusit, his hands and feet shackled. He did not say anything.
