Some Broken Arrow kids didn’t ride to school on a bus or with mom and dad on Monday.
Broken Arrow schools teamed up with the fire department to hold a special poster contest in honor of fire prevention week. The winners got to take a ride in a fire truck.
They thought it was a very fun way to ride to school. Devon Kelley, poster contest winner, “The one that I picked to ride was in the backward, and it felt funny, gear behind."
