A Tulsa company that underpaid its water bill learned the City of Tulsa won't let it go - even if it's just 27 cents.
Emtec pest control uses thousands of gallons of water each month - but a 27 cent oversight prompted a late notice from the city - that cost more than $4 to send as registered mail.
