The Tulsa Fire Marshal will determine the cause of a fire that heavily damaged a house Thursday morning.

The fire broke out around six o'clock Thursday morning around 71st and Sheridan. Someone driving by the house spotted the flames and got help. When firefighters arrived flames were coming through the roof.

They believe the fire may have been sparked by a problem with the chimney. The three people living in the home got out safely.

Damage is estimated at $100,000.
