(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa will look to break its 17-game losing streak this weekend against Texas-El Paso.

TU coach Keith Burns says it's an even game because both teams are at the bottom of the WAC Conference in just about every category.

Burns says Tulsa's 26-to-10 loss to the Miners last year was the game that triggered the nation's worst losing streak.

The Golden Hurricane is favored by three points over UTEP.
