(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Fired Oklahoma City police chemist Joyce Gilchrist has lost again in her efforts to get unemployment benefits.
District Judge Vicki Robertson Friday upheld the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission's denial of benefits.
Gilchrist's attorney says the decision will be appealed to the state Supreme Court.
Gilchrist was fired just more than a year ago after an FBI report criticized her work and testimony in criminal cases.
Gilchrist says denial of the benefits violates her First Amendment rights because testimony of witnesses are to be protected.
An attorney for Oklahoma City says only truthful testimony is protected and officials believe Gilchrist's testimony in several cases was not truthful.
