The Tulsa State Fair almost came and went without an injury accident. However, a man and his seven-year-old stepson were hit by a car as they were leaving the fair Saturday night.

The two tried to cross 21st street.. when a car hit them. Police arrested the driver at the scene. The motorist is suspected of driving under the influence, and going at least five miles over the speed limit.

The two victims suffered broken legs, but are recovering.
