An update on an 8-month old baby girl raped in Henryetta. Two months after the crime, there are still no known suspects or charges.

Three people have given DNA samples for comparison to known evidence. They are the baby's father and mother, Tom and Jennifer Lay and Jennifer's brother, William Langwell.

Authorities believe all three were in the house the night of the rape. Police are getting frustrated but hope the test results will help. Henryetta Police Chief Audie Cole, "I’m hoping they’ll give us a suspect. Tell us who did this to the little girl. DNA is what I’m hoping and praying for."

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is conducting the DNA testing. It hopes to have results on the baby's rape within two weeks
