The final person charged in the shooting of a Tulsa grocery store clerk has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge.

Rex Chancellor pleaded guilty to being an accessory after the fact in the shooting death of Albertson's clerk Jon Chadwick in 2001. Chancellor was originally charged with first-degree manslaughter. A prosecutor is recommending a five-year sentence for Chancellor, who cooperated with prosecutors.

Four others involved in the Chadwick's death are either in prison or are awaiting sentencing on murder convictions.
