(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Officials with Local Oklahoma Bank say they're buying U-S National Bank of Midwest City.

Local Oklahoma is owned by Local Financial Corporation of Oklahoma City, which has banks and branches at 51 locations in 33 Oklahoma communities.

U-S National is a privately held national banking association.

Bank officials say they expect to have approval from banking regulators in time to complete the deal by the end of October.

The sale price was not revealed.
